By downloading, installing, or using the Drive Feed application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our App.

Description of Service

Drive Feed is a social car spotting iOS application that uses artificial intelligence to identify vehicles from photos. The App provides:

• AI-powered car identification from camera or photo library
• Vehicle specifications including make, model, year, engine, and performance data
• A social feed to share your car spots with the community
• Points and rarity scoring system for spotted cars
• Global leaderboard to compete with other car spotters
• Ability to like and comment on other users' spots
• 3 free scans for new users, with subscription-based unlimited access

Account Registration

To use Drive Feed, you must:

• Register an account using your phone number
• Create a unique username
• Provide accurate information during registration
• Be at least 13 years old to create an account
• Maintain the security of your account credentials

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

Free Tier and Subscription Terms

Drive Feed offers a freemium model:

• Free Tier: 3 car scans for new users (non-renewable once used)
• Weekly Premium: $1.99 per week - Unlimited scans
• Monthly Premium: $4.99 per month - Unlimited scans
• Yearly Premium: $24.99 per year - Unlimited scans

Payment and Refunds

All payments are processed through Apple's App Store:

• Prices are in USD and may vary by region
• Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account
• Refunds are handled according to Apple's refund policy
• To request a refund, visit reportaproblem.apple.com

App Store Terms

Your use of Drive Feed is also governed by Apple's App Store Terms of Service and Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions. In case of conflict between these Terms and Apple's terms, Apple's terms shall prevail for matters related to the App Store.

User Content and Community Guidelines

When using Drive Feed's social features, you agree to:

• Only post photos of cars you have personally spotted
• Not post inappropriate, offensive, or illegal content
• Not harass, bully, or abuse other users through comments
• Not post misleading or false information
• Not spam the feed with duplicate or irrelevant content
• Respect the intellectual property rights of others

We reserve the right to remove content that violates these guidelines and suspend accounts of repeat offenders.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use Drive Feed only for lawful purposes. You may not:

• Use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the App
• Use the App to violate any third-party rights
• Interfere with the security or operation of the App
• Use automated systems or bots to access the App
• Attempt to bypass subscription or payment systems
• Create multiple accounts to gain additional free scans
• Manipulate the points or leaderboard system

Accuracy of Information

While we strive to provide accurate vehicle identification:

• AI-generated results are provided for informational and entertainment purposes only
• We do not guarantee 100% accuracy of vehicle identification
• Vehicle specifications are sourced from AI analysis and may contain errors
• Points and rarity scores are estimates and should not be taken as official valuations
• Do not rely solely on this App for important decisions regarding vehicles

Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of Drive Feed are owned by Aditya Khavanekar and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute App content without permission
• Use our trademarks or branding without authorization
• Create derivative works based on the App

User Content Ownership

When you post car spots on Drive Feed:

• You retain ownership of photos you take or select
• You grant us a license to display your content within the app (feed, profiles)
• You grant us a limited license to process images for AI recognition
• You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to photograph vehicles
• You can delete your spots at any time from the app

Disclaimer of Warranties

Drive Feed is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to:

• Implied warranties of merchantability
• Fitness for a particular purpose
• Non-infringement
• Accuracy or reliability of AI results
• Continuous, uninterrupted access to the service

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aditya Khavanekar shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits or data
• Business interruption
• Damages arising from use or inability to use the App
• Reliance on information provided by the App
• Content posted by other users

Account Termination

We reserve the right to:

• Terminate or suspend your account for violating these Terms
• Remove content that violates community guidelines
• Modify or discontinue the App without notice
• Refuse service to anyone for any reason

You may delete your account at any time from the app settings. Upon deletion, all your data including spots, comments, and likes will be permanently removed.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of Drive Feed after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
